Fixed price for 1 to 8 guests. You will have the entire house to yourself. Nice sunny garden has plenty of outdoor seating, a fire pit, barbecue, dining table and chairs.

Very centrally situated for wherever you need to be in the Phoenix or Scottsdale areas. Approx 20 minutes to/from the airport and downtown, 10 to 15mins to Kierland Commons, TPC, Westworld, numerous golf clubs etc. Lots of Hiking and biking trails a short drive away.
For a longer term stay, a cleaning service will be provided for an additional fee.
